We make intentional matches between hosts and youth that are based on shared interests and goals and in doing so we create meaningful relationships within our communities. In this program, we serve as an interventional step for young adults experiencing housing instability that has been caused by reasons such as family conflict, gender identity, sexual orientation, and the possibilities of so many other variables. The Host Homes program provides supportive, short-term housing for youth ages 18-24 experiencing homelessness, with a focus on being inclusive and supportive of youth who identify as being part of the LGBTQ community.
